Need a little help with my failing memory. I listened to a show a couple weeks ago from the 80's that was played somewhere in Nevada, just can't remember the date or the location. Can anybody give me a hint? I'd appreciate it, thanks in advance.

According to deadlists.com, it would be one of these:

8/31/81, Aladdin Hotel Theatre, Las Vegas, NV
3/13/82, Centennial Coliseum, Reno, NV
3/26/83, Aladdin Hotel Theatre, Las Vegas, NV

@dyneq - Yup that's it, the Aladdin theater. Thanks Dude! SDH - that's ok, I'm sure you're having a hard time doing other stuff today too. Just try not to break your work chair rocin' out to a hot show :)

Check out the link above for a little info and cool pic of the Aladdin. 4/6/84 was the third show there. IA really needs to fix this HTML problem.

A good write up on the Reno show, which is what sparked my interest. My son went to University of Nevada Reno his freshman year in college.

I remember the hotel portion of the Aladdin (in '83) as a terrifying fire-trap: long, narrow corridors with dim lighting and sparse exit signs. Creepy, synthetic, and claustrophobic.
